Hypothyroid Support is operated by CALIFF PERFORMANCE MARKETING (Reg No. TR0296226-H), based in Malaysia.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you visit Hypothyroid Support, use its browser-based tools, download or preview printables, follow external links or contact the website by email.
Hypothyroid Support is intended for people aged 18 or older.
Information entered into browser-based tools
Information entered into Hypothyroid Support’s browser-based tools is designed to remain locally in that browser on that device.
Hypothyroid Support does not require an account to use the tools. Information entered into tool fields is not intentionally transmitted to Hypothyroid Support, Google Analytics or other analytics services.
Each tool stores only one current copy in the applicable browser. You can remove the current tool’s locally saved information by selecting Clear My Data and confirming the action.
Clearing one tool does not automatically clear information saved by another tool.
Locally saved information may be lost because of:
- Clearing browser data or website storage.
- Using private or incognito browsing.
- Changing devices or browsers.
- Browser settings or software updates.
- Uninstalling or resetting the browser.
- Technical failure or changes to website storage.
Print or save any important record that you want to keep. Browser storage should not be treated as permanent storage or as a replacement for professional medical records.
Hypothyroid Support does not use the contents of browser-tool entries for advertising, profiling, affiliate attribution or analytics.
Information Hypothyroid Support may receive
Depending on how you use the website, Hypothyroid Support or its service providers may process limited information from several sources.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is separate from Google Analytics and is used for general website and performance measurement rather than the contents of browser-tool entries.
Cloudflare handles information according to its own privacy terms, security practices and service configuration.
Google Analytics 4
Hypothyroid Support is intended to useGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand general website usage and how visitors interact with website features.
GA4 must remain blocked until any analytics consent required from the visitor has been provided. If analytics consent is declined, GA4 must not load under Hypothyroid Support’s approved consent configuration.
If analytics consent is granted, GA4 may process information including page views, session information, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referring sources and interactions with website features. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser technologies as part of measurement.
Hypothyroid Support may send custom analytics events for actions such as:
- Opening or using a browser tool.
- Selecting a print action.
- Selecting a printable download.
- Selecting a printable preview.
- Selecting a link between a matching tool and printable.
- Selecting a Facebook group link.
- Selecting a Lifestyle or affiliate link.
Custom analytics events must never contain symptoms, medication information, laboratory values, appointment notes, questions entered into tools, free-text entries, locally stored tool contents or any other health-related information entered by a visitor.
Hypothyroid Support does not currently use GA4 for remarketing or advertising personalization.
Visitors can decline optional analytics and can review or change their analytics preference through the website’s privacy settings control.

Please do not send medical records, laboratory reports or other sensitive personal or health information by email.
Hypothyroid Support cannot diagnose symptoms, interpret personal laboratory results or provide individual medical advice.
If you voluntarily include sensitive information in an email despite this request, that information may be processed as part of the email communication.
Affiliate links and external websites
Hypothyroid Support currently uses ClickBank for an optional affiliate relationship involving The Hypothyroidism Solution.
If you select a ClickBank affiliate link, you leave Hypothyroid Support and visit a website operated or controlled by an independent third party.
Affiliate links may contain identifiers or referral information used to attribute a visit, qualifying purchase or commission.

Retention

Information entered into a browser tool remains in the applicable browser until it is cleared, overwritten, lost because of browser or device changes, or removed using Clear My Data.
Technical, security and hosting information is retained according to operational needs and the applicable provider’s settings and policies.
Google Analytics information, where analytics is enabled with consent, is retained according to the configured GA4 retention settings and applicable provider requirements.
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and legitimate administrative, security, record-keeping, legal or dispute purposes.
Affiliate information is retained according to the applicable ClickBank systems and business or legal requirements.
Providing information is generally voluntary
You are not required to create an account or provide personal information directly to Hypothyroid Support merely to read ordinary website content.
Entering information into a browser tool is voluntary and is designed to remain on your device.
Providing information by email is voluntary. If you do not provide information reasonably necessary to understand an enquiry, Hypothyroid Support may be unable to respond meaningfully.
