How to choose

Use only what feels useful

You do not need to complete every printable or use them all at the same time.

Choose a short-term tracker when you want to record recent observations. Use the medication, laboratory, appointment or health-record pages when you want to keep specific information organized. The binder pack can help you file whichever records and worksheets you choose to keep.
