How to use it

Build the binder around the records you choose to keep

Print the pack and place the pages in a US Letter ring binder. Use the index, checklist, contacts, dates and timeline pages to make information easier to find.

Download individual companion printables separately and file completed copies behind the matching section. You decide which records to include and which pages to bring to an appointment.

The binder pack does not contain full copies of every tracker, journal or appointment worksheet. This prevents unnecessary duplication and lets you print only the companion resources you need.

Some Days Are Hard to Put on Paper

A printable can help organize the details. It may not capture how much effort an ordinary day can take. Mary Taylor says fatigue made work and family life harder. A chance conversation later led her to explore a four-week lifestyle guide focused on familiar food and household choices. Read what surprised her.
